The Team

Our product development team is currently at 130 and growing. Team members are located across Spain, Serbia, Poland, Portugal, Turkey, Cyprus, Georgia, Armenia. We primarily communicate in Russian. 

We’re a tight-knit, high-impact team where every task matters. It’s a dynamic, collaborative environment where smart, curious engineers support one another, share knowledge, and strive for excellence. We encourage open dialogue and host bi-weekly engineering meetups to explore technical topics and showcase team insights.

What We Expect

We are looking for a designer with 7+ years of experience. You must be able to generate multiple solutions, justify them, receive and digest feedback effectively. It's essential to be comfortable with the idea of redoing everything from scratch. If such a request hurts your feelings, then we might not be the right fit – we deeply refine solutions, experiment extensively, and discard many ideas along the way.

It's super important to adhere to all types of agreements.

Proficiency in English at B2 level is required.

Before or after the interview, we may ask you to complete a test assignment. If you are concerned about us "using free ideas for the project," we will compensate you for the task regardless of the outcome (please inform us before starting).

Your Responsibilities

  • Design and document UX scenarios, and create interactive prototypes.
  • Build and maintain interfaces for different parts of the product in Figma.
  • Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other designers.
  • Oversee the quality of implementation during later stages of development.

Additional Information

  • We offer a relocation program for those who wish to move — it covers Europe, Serbia, and Georgia.
  • Our team works remotely, but we operate on a 9 AM to 6 PM CET schedule. During these hours, we actively collaborate via calls and discussions.
  • The final compensation will depend on your experience, performance on the test task, technical interview results, and your country of residence.

We want you to feel comfortable working remotely. We typically provide a MacBook and as many monitors as you need. If your workspace isn’t set up yet, we’ll send you a desk, an ergonomic chair, and anything else required for productive work.
We cover essential software, books, and coworking memberships if you prefer not to work from home. We also help with gym and swimming pool memberships, English classes, and any professional education relevant to your role.

Once a year, the whole team meets offline. In 2021, we rented a large villa in Cyprus; in 2022, we gathered at a hotel near Tbilisi; in 2023, we organized a week-long retreat for 60 people at a resort in Turkey. In 2025, we returned to Turkey and brought together 120 team members. It’s a great way to connect, talk outside of work, and just have a good time :)
