About Fundraise Up

We’re Fundraise Up - a global fundraising platform built to make donating to nonprofits fast, seamless, and accessible to all. Every month, our technology powers tens of millions of dollars in donations across the globe. We focus on innovation that directly impacts results: faster load times, higher conversion rates, global payment support, and accessibility-first design.

Our platform is trusted by many of the world’s leading nonprofits, including UNICEF, the Alzheimer’s Association, and a wide range of global NGOs. With a 4.9/5 rating across top software review platforms, we’re recognized not just for our impact - but for the quality of the product we deliver.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (Enterprise) who thrives at the intersection of strategy, precision, and purpose. You’ll be responsible for driving Fundraise Up’s outbound motion into the world’s largest and most impactful nonprofit organizations.

This is not a volume-based outreach role. It’s a strategic, account-based function that blends thoughtful research, creative outreach, and consistent execution. You’ll work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Partnerships to identify and engage high-potential accounts, craft personalized outreach that resonates with executive decision-makers, and build pipeline that converts into meaningful revenue and measurable impact.

The ideal candidate combines the discipline of a process-driven seller, the curiosity of a researcher, and excellent storytelling instincts. You’re equally comfortable running sequences in Salesloft, building territory forecasts, and opening thoughtful conversations that make nonprofit leaders feel heard.

If you’re motivated by metrics but inspired by mission and want to do career-defining work that helps nonprofits raise more to do more, then this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own your territory: Develop and execute account-based strategies across the enterprise nonprofit segment, prioritizing organizations with the highest partnership potential.
  • Hit and forecast your numbers: Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for dials, connections, and qualified opportunities, and understand the data behind your performance to forecast pipeline and pacing accurately.
  • Drive personalization at scale: Partner in crafting multi-channel, persona-based cadences across email, phone, and social that reflect each organization’s mission, goals, and donor experience.
  • Partner deeply with AEs: Co-develop territory plans, align on account strategy, and ensure seamless handoffs that set opportunities up for success. You will be working very closely with Account Executives building a pipeline that truly converts.
  • Multi-thread effectively: Engage multiple stakeholders across development, marketing, and operations to build consensus and accelerate conversations. From Executive leadership to influential champions - you know how to work an account and get the appropriate stakeholders on the meeting.
  • Research relentlessly: Dive into each organization’s mission, giving trends, and tech stack to tailor outreach that feels relevant and insightful. Understand their growth goals, program focuses, challenges and priorities.
  • Prospect with precision: Identify key triggers, behavioral and intent signalling, new campaigns, and leadership changes that cue opportunity and time outreach accordingly.
  • Represent Fundraise Up: Attend events and webinars to connect with nonprofit leaders, expand your network, and generate qualified pipeline.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 12 - 24 months of B2B SaaS outbound experience with consistent quota attainment.
  • Experience working enterprise accounts and engaging VP and C level stakeholders.
  • Exceptional account mapping and research ability: You know how to unpack an organization: identifying influencers, champions, and decision-makers and design a coordinated outreach plan that builds momentum.
  • Insight into the nonprofit landscape: Whether you’ve worked in the tech-for-good space, supported nonprofit organizations, or been directly involved in fundraising, that experience helps you engage authentically and understand the challenges these leaders face; or a deep desire to learn it quickly.
  • Data fluency and forecasting acumen: You understand your funnel metrics, your conversions, track pacing toward goals, and can accurately project future pipeline.
  • Technical proficiency with modern outbound tools: Salesloft, Orum, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce.
