About This Role
We’re seeking a driven Demand Generation Manager with 3–5 years of B2B multi‑channel campaign experience, including paid advertising strategy and execution. You’ll play a critical role in planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on integrated marketing campaigns across email, paid search, paid social, webinars, digital content, and ABM initiatives. This is a fast-paced opportunity to own campaign execution across SMB, Mid‑Market, and Enterprise segments and to collaborate closely with content, sales, and marketing ops teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and run holistic demand generation campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, and landing pages.
- Design campaigns with an experience-led mindset, prioritizing the target audience’s journey, needs, and preferences at each stage of the funnel.
- Collaborate with a leading demand generation agency (ie. Refine Labs) to scale media execution, creative testing, and campaign strategy.
- Deploy paid ad strategy, from targeting and messaging through creative testing, deployment, and optimization.
- Support ABM campaign efforts targeting enterprise accounts with personalized messaging and campaign execution.
- Oversee timelines, creative and content deliverables, campaign logistics, and launch schedules.
- Set up and manage campaigns in HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and webinar platforms.
- Monitor campaign KPIs - engagement rates, conversion rates, pipeline generated, ROI, etc.
- Analyze results and provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
- Prepare regular reports and campaign summaries for internal stakeholders.
- Work cross-functionally with content, product marketing, design, sales, and operations teams.
- Provide feedback on campaign messaging and creative.
- Suggest workflow or automation improvements to increase campaign efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, campaign execution, and paid ad management.
- Hands-on familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and paid media platforms.
- Proven ability to plan, launch, optimize multi‑channel B2B campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong analytical mindset, data fluency, and experience interpreting campaign performance.
- Excellent project coordination skills - organized, detail-oriented, proactive.
- Effective cross-functional communicator, able to work with creative/content and sales teams.
