About The Role
This position reports to the SVP of Marketing and serves as a strategic partner and trusted operator across the marketing organization and broader company. Strong business acumen and analytical capability are essential, as you’ll dive into details, uncover gaps, surface opportunities, and equip leadership with the insights needed to make high-impact decisions. Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment will be key to success in this dynamic, high-visibility role.
Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports that distill campaign performance, pipeline impact, and operational metrics into actionable insights. Prepare leadership with data-driven narratives and visualizations for internal and external presentations.
- Drive operational excellence by streamlining processes, managing organizational rhythms, and improving execution across planning, communications, and reporting.
- Serve as the connector across marketing teams collaborating with Product Marketing, Revenue Marketing, Content, and other stakeholders including GTM to align objectives, troubleshoot challenges, and maintain momentum.
- Partner closely with GTM leaders to ensure data accuracy, attribution clarity, and seamless handoffs between Marketing, Sales, and RevOps.
- Manage executive communications, including materials for leadership meetings, board updates, business reviews, and strategic presentations.
- Identify bottlenecks, design feedback loops, and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and scalability across marketing operations.
- Organize offsites, leadership sessions, and team forums that foster clarity, alignment, and a high-performance culture.
- Work with Finance and RevOps to manage budgets, track spend, and inform both short and long-term planning decisions.
- Act as a force multiplier for the SVP of Marketing by anticipating needs, surfacing strategic opportunities, preparing data and narratives, and ensuring follow-through on top priorities.
