About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HRIS Analyst to join our People Team. In this role, you will own and manage our HRIS platforms (e.g., Lattice, Greenhouse, or other systems) and serve as the bridge between People Operations, IT, and business stakeholders. You will ensure data integrity, streamline workflows, and provide actionable insights through analytics and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of HR technology and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the system owner and administrator for our HRIS, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and efficiency.
- Oversee data integrity, workflows, and integrations between HRIS, ATS, payroll, and other platforms.
- Develop and deliver HR analytics dashboards and reports that inform People strategy and support organizational storytelling.
- Manage system updates, testing, and rollouts, ensuring smooth adoption across the company.
- Train employees on system functionality, reporting, and best practices.
- Partner with vendors and IT to optimize the HR tech stack and ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards..
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in HR analytics, HRIS management, or People Analytics (preferably in tech or high-growth environments).
- Proven expertise with HR systems (HRIS and ATS) including configuration, administration, and optimization.
- Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel, Visier, ChartHop).
- Strong analytical ability to interpret complex datasets and present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle, compliance, and workforce planning.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
