Fundraise Up is excited to announce its new update to automated emails.
Our suite of automated email templates now includes "Recurring Plan Failed" This template is now available and auto-enabled in existing Fundraise Up accounts.
This email targets donors whose recurring payments have failed a number of times and whose plans are now retired. Organizations can set and control how many times a payment will be retried before the plan will go into failed status and payment retries will cease. Once the donor reaches this number, they will then be sent an email that their recurring plan will no longer be processed unless they provide updated payment details.
Like all of our donor-facing email templates, the subject line, heading, and content of this email can be fully customized to match your message and branding.
