About the role
We are looking for a Product Owner to take full end-to-end ownership of Elements. Elements is our signature suite of AI-powered UI components designed to redefine the giving experience. We are looking for a Product Owner to take full end-to-end ownership of Elements — a critical interface system that powers brand-native, and high-converting donation experiences across the Fundraise Up platform.
In this role, you will own the product's long-term vision and strategy, translating company-wide initiatives into a concrete product roadmap. You will lead discovery and manage the end-to-end delivery of these roadmap features, while also serving as the "Architect of Execution" for the Growth team. You will take their high-level experiment concepts, translate them into production-ready specifications, and lead their delivery. What you’ll do
- Roadmap Strategy & Execution: Define the vision and roadmap for Elements, aligning with company OKRs.
- Full Lifecycle Ownership: Lead discovery and manage the end-to-end delivery of core product features (spec → design → development → release).
- Growth Partnership: Partner with PM Growth to translate their experiment concepts into clear, actionable technical specifications, ensuring predictable and high-velocity shipping.
- Stakeholder Support: Act as the product expert for GTM and CSM teams, resolving deal-breakers and converting client feedback into scalable product improvements.
- Quality & Stability: Collaborate with engineering to maintain high product performance and scalability as we expand.
What you’ll need
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership within a B2B SaaS or Enterprise environment.
- Strategic & Execution Mindset: Proven track record of balancing strategic ownership (vision, roadmap, discovery) with an execution-driven approach that transforms high-level goals into successful, shipped products.
- Delivery Excellence: Strong experience writing detailed product specifications and managing complex delivery pipelines.
- Hybrid Collaboration: Success in working across teams, seamlessly switching between independent roadmap planning and executing stakeholder-defined growth experiments.
- Technical Communication: Ability to translate abstract business concepts and experiment hypotheses into clear, actionable requirements for engineering.
- Fluency in English (C1): Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
