Benefits on Campaign Pages
Add and manage benefits on your Campaign Page for supporters to select during checkout.
After creating benefits in your Benefits catalog, you can add them to specific Campaign Pages. You decide which benefits to display, set eligibility rules, and define how supporters interact with them during checkout.
Add benefits to your Campaign Page
To add benefits for a specific campaign, go to Campaigns > [Your campaign] > Campaign Page > Benefits.
First, check the Offer donation benefits to enable benefits for the campaign. Once enabled, you can add and configure benefits for your supporters in two ways.
Benefits settings on the Campaign Page
From your existing catalog
Use the search field to find and add benefits you've already created. Type a benefit name, code, or ID in the Find or add new benefit field, then click on any benefit from the results to add it to your campaign. The search includes benefits from your account and any parent account benefits available to you.
You can add up to 5 benefits per Campaign Page.
Use drag-and-drop to reorder benefits in your campaign. The order you set here determines how benefits appear to supporters on your Campaign Page, so consider arranging them by popularity, donation amount, or strategic priority.
Create new benefits
You can also create new benefits without leaving your Campaign Page:
- Click Add benefits, then Add new benefit. This opens the same benefit creation modal you'd see in the Benefits catalog.
- Complete the benefit setup. Fill in the benefit details — name, description, image, Fair Market Value, and shipping requirements.
Add new benefit window
- Click Save changes. The benefit will appear in your campaign and be added to your Benefits catalog for future use.
Set eligibility criteria
You can set eligibility criteria for each benefit to define when supporters can select it. If you don't set criteria, benefits are available to all supporters making donations at or above your campaign's minimum donation amount.
To add criteria, click the three-dot menu next to any benefit and click Set eligibility criteria.
Frequency requirements
Based on your campaign's frequency settings, you can control which donation frequencies qualify for each benefit:
- Both frequencies — Available for both one-time and recurring donations (when your campaign supports both).
- One-time only — Only supporters making single donations can select this benefit.
- [Recurring frequency] only — Only supporters setting up recurring donations can select this benefit. The frequency matches what you've configured for this campaign.
After selecting your frequency option, you'll see minimum donation amount fields corresponding to your selection.
Eligibility criteria window
Minimum donation amounts
Set the minimum donation required to qualify for each benefit. For campaigns with two frequencies, you can set different minimums for each donation type.
The minimum cannot be lower than your campaign's overall minimum donation amount. If you set a benefit minimum that's lower than the campaign minimum, the benefit will use the campaign's minimum donation amount instead. If you haven't set a campaign minimum, the system uses $1 as the default.
For example, an environmental organization might offer a reusable water bottle for $25 one-time donations or $15 monthly donations to encourage recurring giving. This approach helps convert one-time supporters into monthly donors while still rewarding single contributions.
Remove or hide benefits
To remove a benefit from your campaign, click the three-dot menu and click Remove. This only removes the benefit from this specific campaign — it remains available in your catalog for other campaigns.
When you hide benefits in your Benefits catalog, they no longer appear to supporters during checkout, even if they remain added to your campaign. If all benefits in a campaign become hidden, supporters won't see the benefit selection section at all.
Supporter experience on Campaign Pages
When supporters visit your Campaign Page, they see a Select your thank-you gift section displaying all eligible benefits based on their chosen donation frequency.
Campaign Page showing benefit options
Each benefit shows:
- Benefit name.
- Benefit image, description, and any available options (such as size or color) if you've added them.
- Required minimum donation amount if you've set eligibility criteria.
- A View details link for additional information.
Supporters always see Donate without thank-you gift as the default selection, ensuring their full donation supports your cause unless they specifically choose a benefit.
If a supporter selects a benefit that requires a higher donation than they entered, the system automatically raises their donation to the required minimum and shows a message such as “Donation amount increased to $50.”
For benefits with options like T-shirt sizes, supporters can select their preference during checkout. For physical benefits, they'll provide shipping addresses, which can be different from their billing address.
