Allow supporters to leave an additional comment with their donation.
Enable this option to allow your supporters to leave an additional comment with their donation.
Once enabled, a clickable Add comment text will be displayed on the Checkout Modal or the Campaign Page at the bottom of the Checkout form on the first donation screen, which takes supporters to a box for text input when clicked.
Integrating and exporting comments
These comments can be easily exported to CSV files: select the field called Donation Comment when creating an export template.
Comments are also available to add as a mapping rule for your integrations: choose Donation and Comment as the values to be mapped from Fundraise Up.
