Comment

Allow supporters to leave an additional comment with their donation.

Enable this option to allow your to leave an additional comment with their donation.

Once enabled, a clickable Add comment text will be displayed on the Checkout modal or the at the bottom of the Checkout form on the first donation screen, which takes supporters to a box for text input when clicked.

Integrating and exporting comments

These comments can be easily exported to CSV files: select the field called Donation Comment when creating an export template.

Comments are also available to add as a mapping rule for your integrations: choose Donation and Comment as the values to be mapped from Fundraise Up.
