How do you match transactions to contacts in HubSpot?
Fundraise Up uses HubSpot’s duplicate and matching rules settings to find a matching Contact record when a transaction is recorded. These settings can be further customized in HubSpot to fit your organization's needs.
Do I need an Enterprise HubSpot account?
Yes. Fundraise Up will create a custom object record in HubSpot to store recurring donation records. As of right now, custom object records in HubSpot can only be created on an Enterprise-level plan.
