Making CVC optional in Virtual Terminal

Yes, there is a setting to no longer make CVC required when processing a Virtual Terminal Donation.

You now have the option of making the CVC field optional for credit/debit card donations made through Virtual Terminal.

To accomplish this, please:

• Log into your Fundraise Up account
• Click the name of your organization in the top right, then click Settings
• In the left hand menu of Settings, click on Virtual Terminal.

Here you will find a checkbox to turn on/off the setting to make CVC optional for donations.
