Senior People Analytics & AI Automation Lead
About Fundraise Up
We’re Fundraise Up - a global fundraising platform built to make donating to nonprofits fast, seamless, and accessible to all. Every month, our technology powers tens of millions of dollars in donations across the globe. We focus on innovation that directly impacts results: faster load times, higher conversion rates, global payment support, and accessibility-first design.
Our platform is trusted by many of the world’s leading nonprofits, including UNICEF, the Alzheimer’s Association, and a wide range of global NGOs. With a 4.9/5 rating across top software review platforms, we’re recognized not just for our impact - but for the quality of the product we deliver.
About the Role
Most People teams report on their data. This role makes the data right, then makes the work run itself.
Fundraise Up’s People data lives in BambooHR, Lattice, Greenhouse, and ChartHop, and today every dashboard, QBR package, and board report is pulled by hand. You will own the pipeline and the recurring reporting, so the attrition rate and compa-ratio are the same no matter who asks. You will also build the agentic AI workflows that take manual work off the People team, so more of their time goes to the people who help nonprofits raise money faster.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the People data pipeline across BambooHR, Lattice, Greenhouse, and ChartHop, replacing manual exports for recurring reporting.
- Own the monthly people metrics dashboard, the quarterly QBR data package, and board-level workforce reporting, built once and refreshed each cycle.
- Set one definition for attrition, headcount, time-to-fill, and compa-ratio, so Finance, PBPs, and the CHRO work from the same numbers.
- Find and fix data-quality issues before they reach a board meeting, such as a compa-ratio calculated against band minimum instead of band midpoint.
- Partner with People Ops and PBPs to define new metrics, including AI adoption metrics that have no system of record today.
- Build and ship agentic AI workflows that run People processes end to end, starting with attrition risk flagging, engagement survey synthesis, and Greenhouse pipeline monitoring.
- Drive the People AI adoption roadmap from building to piloting to full team rollout as its technical owner, with the CHRO as sponsor. Tag every task as Human-led, AI-led, or Hybrid before automating it.
- Own the data layer of the AI Workforce Transformation Tracker, in partnership with People Ops and Technology/AI.
- At Fundraise Up, AI is a default tool, not an experimental one. We expect every team member to actively use AI in their day-to-day work, identify where AI can change the shape of problems in their function, and grow their fluency as the tools evolve.
Skills and Qualifications
- Direct experience pulling data from HRIS, ATS, and performance platforms via API or structured export. BambooHR, Lattice, and Greenhouse experience is a plus; fast ramp on unfamiliar HR systems is required.
- Scripting or query language skills (for example Python or SQL) strong enough to reconcile, validate, and transform data across sources.
- People domain fluency: you can look at a comp band, a rating scale, or an attrition calculation and know what correct looks like.
- Hands-on experience designing and shipping repeatable, agent-run workflows that non-technical colleagues use without you in the loop.
- Judgment about which parts of a People process are safe to automate, which need a human decision point, and which should never be automated.
Nice to Have
- Built reporting or data infrastructure from scratch.
- Compensation data experience: bands, compa-ratio, geographic differentials.
- Shipped automations that non-technical colleagues adopted and kept using.
- Built and maintained live trackers in Notion and spreadsheet tools.
- Worked in a fully remote, asynchronous, globally distributed team.
You’ll Thrive Here If You…
- Fix the data-quality problem you found instead of filing a ticket about it.
- Would rather build the pipeline once than rebuild the report every quarter.
- Can tell a process that should be automated from one that only looks like it should.
- Say plainly when a number is wrong, including after someone senior has presented it.
- Flag a problem and bring a proposed fix in the same message.
- Build automations that keep working when you are on leave.
- Ask why a metric is defined the way it is before you rebuild it.
- Care about what the platform funds: the nonprofits on the other side of every donation.
Please note that final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, alignment with the role’s requirements and location.
