What can Gloria actually answer?

Anything covered in the knowledge base your organization provides, things like program details, campaign specifics, and common donor questions. Gloria doesn’t answer outside that scope.

Does the AI Fundraise complete the donation itself?

No. The AI Fundraiser opens your existing Fundraise Up checkout, prefilled with the gift amount and campaign the visitor described. The donor completes the transaction the same way they would on your site today.

What if a visitor isn’t ready to give?
