Step 1: Stripe
In this step, you will connect your Stripe account to Fundraise Up.
To use Fundraise Up, your organization needs to connect an active Stripe account that is based in one of the following countries:

Like Fundraise Up, Stripe functions on a transactional fee model. There are no costs to open a Stripe account and no contractual obligations.
Connect an existing Stripe account
If your organizations already has a Stripe account, visit the Stripe page in the payment options section of your account’s settings. Select the Connect Stripe account option and follow the prompts to connect the Stripe account.
Create a new Stripe account
If your organization does not yet have a Stripe account, or if you want to create a new Stripe account for use with Fundraise Up, visit the Stripe page in the payment options section of your account’s settings. Select the Create new account button.
Next, select the Activate Stripe account button and follow the prompts in Stripe to finish activating your Stripe account.
Stripe nonprofit discount
Stripe offers a fee discount to eligible nonprofits. To learn more about eligibility requirements and to apply for the discount, visit Stripe’s website.
In most cases, eligible nonprofits receive the discounted rate within two weeks of the request.
